The game's story begins from the perspective of a civilian police officer who is kidnapped by an unknown side and for unknown reason.

He woke up in a some place finding him self surviving against some kind of strong creatures in order to escape the building.

Your mission as the player is to explore the environment, attempt to escape by solving puzzles, and confront the threat posed by these creatures.

The game features a first-person perspective and a new gameplay system with three distinct main modes:

1. Training Mode: This mode allows you to play through levels without enemies, helping you learn how to escape and familiarize yourself with the controls and aiming and shooting mechanics. This is especially helpful if you encounter some difficulties in playing the game or if you are new to this type of games.

2. Survival Horror Mode: In this mode, you'll have limited resources and must constantly evade enemies to survive.

3. Action Mode: This mode features numerous enemies and abundant resources, making the gameplay primarily action-packed and combat-oriented.

The game's events reveal occurrences that happened before the actual start of the story but will influence its course and future events. The game's subtitle is "Experiments".
